Job Description
For the Academian Off Campus Drive 2026, the team is looking for a Trainee Software Engineer who will be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality software solutions. You will apply your knowledge of Java, React, Automation, AI, and Cloud technologies to develop, test, and maintain software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for coding. You will participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring the software is scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Full Stack Contribution: Participate in the full software development life cycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Solution Design: Assist in the design and development of scalable software solutions.
- Coding: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech / MCA from a recognized university.
Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers are highly encouraged).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Java (Certification is an added advantage).
- Understanding of SQL and Relational Databases.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of Spring/Hibernate frameworks.
- Academic projects or internships in software development.
- Candidates with an Immediate Notice Period are preferred.
