Job Description
For the Accenture Recruitment 2026 drive, the technology team is looking for a Full Stack Engineer responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating heavily with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user experiences, write robust backend code, and utilize innovative technologies to enhance client services. You will engage in active problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are closely aligned with a cloud-first and agile approach, ultimately contributing to the success of enterprise-level projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Develop and engineer end-to-end features of a system, covering everything from the frontend user experience to the core backend architecture.
- Solution Design: Leverage new technologies and an agile mindset to solve challenging business problems and improve client services.
- Independent Execution: Expected to perform independently and swiftly become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your designated domains.
- Team Collaboration: Require active participation in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and implementing new, innovative features.
- Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure overall software quality and strict adherence to engineering best practices.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must hold a B.E/B.Tech or Any Degree completing 15 years of full-time education.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional industry experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in Java Full Stack Development
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Solid experience with backend frameworks like Spring or Node.js
- Familiarity with both relational and non-relational database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)
- Extensive knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
