Accenture is actively seeking dynamic fresh graduates and early-career candidates for the position of SW/App/Cloud Tech Support New Associate within its Technology for Operations (TFO) division at its technology delivery center in Hyderabad, Telangana. As a SW/App/Cloud Tech Support New Associate, you will be responsible for resolving routine application maintenance and cloud infrastructure queries following established operational guidelines and predefined procedures under the supervision of senior team leads.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Problem Resolution: Solve routine technical and operational problems through precedent analysis and established SOP guidelines.
- Automation Support: Assist in application maintenance automation activities including automated ticket resolution, preventive monitoring, and self-healing service management.
- System Support: Support client IT systems, cloud hosting infrastructure, and Intelligent Automation frameworks.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within direct project delivery teams and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitoring & Management: Participate in routine monitoring, diagnostic tasks, and incident management support.
- Flexibility: Maintain flexibility to work in rotational shifts as dictated by business project requirements.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Any Graduation degree (B.E / B.Tech / B.Com / B.Sc / BCA / BBA / BA or equivalent).
Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant technical or operational support experience (Freshers eligible).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Familiarity or basic knowledge of Automation Anywhere, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or custom bot workflows.
- Basic understanding of software/application maintenance, cloud hosting, or IT infrastructure management.
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and diagnostic troubleshooting mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities.
- Ability to build positive client relationships and work seamlessly in team environments.
