Job Description
For the Access Corporation Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for an Associate Software Engineer to work closely within a data-focused team. The primary responsibility is designing, testing, and executing data migration scripts to move data from legacy systems into new enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a fresher who is willing to learn and work hard. You will be involved in extracting data, ensuring compliance with data governance, and collaborating with data analysts to understand requirements. Knowledge of MS SQL queries and Excel Macros is a significant plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Extraction: Extract data from legacy enterprise systems and run tests according to technical specifications.
- Migration Scripts: Design and execute data migration scripts for enterprise applications.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve technical issues related to data conversion and migration.
- Documentation: Document ETL processes, data flows, and data mappings.
- Compliance: Ensure ETL processes comply with data governance and security policies.
- Support: Provide support via email or phone and ensure service disruptions are reported immediately.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of ETL/SQL and Automation Scripts.
- Exposure to writing MS SQL queries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Macros, PivotTable, VLOOKUP).
Competencies:
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing, Data Mapping, and Data Quality Assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
