Job Description
For the Adani Power Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is looking for young and dynamic Diploma Engineer Trainees. The selected candidates will undergo rigorous training at various power plant locations across India. This role is a gateway to a successful career in the core engineering sector. Candidates will be provided with accommodation and food during the training period. The training will cover various aspects of power generation, transmission, and distribution, providing hands-on experience with industry-standard equipment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plant Operations: Assisting in the operation and maintenance of thermal power plant equipment.
- Monitoring: Monitoring process parameters and ensuring they are within safe limits.
- Maintenance: Participating in scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Documentation: Maintaining logs, reports, and records of plant activities.
- Learning: Actively participating in classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Full-time Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Mandatory 60% throughout (10th & Diploma). No active backlogs allowed.
Experience: N/A (Freshers, 2025 Batch Only).
