Job Description
For the NCS Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and programming, with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an AI/ML Engineer at NCS, your key responsibilities will include:
- Model Development: Developing and deploying machine learning models to analyze large datasets and improve decision-making processes.
- Integration: Collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Validation: Conducting experiments to validate and tune models, ensuring their accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of machine learning models in production and iterating as needed.
- Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for NCS Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Target Batch: 2024 & 2025 Passed outs.
- Experience: Up to 1 year (Freshers are welcome).
- Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Statistical Modeling.
- Familiarity with Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, and Model Evaluation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
