Roles and Responsibilities
- Security Standards: Maintain security standards according to company requirements.
- Threat Assessment: Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability.
- Departmental Goals: Achieve departmental goals and follow up on assigned activities.
- Security Programme: Perform duties according to the Security Programme.
- Performance Monitoring: Maintain performance standards and follow up with the shift team.
- Quality System: Continuously monitor the Quality System and level of conformance.
- Quality Levels: Maintain required quality levels.
- Theft and Pilferage Control: Control theft and pilferage of company property.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure implementation of AEP guidelines issued by the airport operator, BCAS, MoCA, and Government of India.
- AEP Applications: Assess AEP applications and supporting documents before submission to the relevant regulatory authority for TAE/BAEP.
- Documentation: Maintain files and log sheets.
- Training Inputs: Provide inputs for training requirements.
- Manuals and Procedures: Update manuals and local procedures.
- Personnel Deployment: Ensure competent and qualified personnel are deployed for duty.
- Invoice Verification: Verify invoices.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Minimum HSC, Graduates preferred.
Experience: 0-1 years for Security Officer, 1-3 years for Security Executive, 3-5 years for Senior Security Executive, 5-7 years for Security Supervisor. Overall 0-7 years in Aviation Security.
