Job Description
The Alacriti Hiring Challenge 2026 is designed to identify top talent in Core Java and API development. The company is looking for developers who can architect, optimize, and deliver scalable systems. The roles utilize a modern tech stack comprising Java-21, Spring Boot-3.x, and PostgreSQL/MySQL. Candidates will work on building and managing RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures. Experience in the Payment Domain (transaction flows, PCI-DSS) is highly valued. You will also be involved in deploying applications on AWS cloud platforms (EC2, S3, Lambda).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Core Development: Design and maintain Core Java-based applications using modern frameworks.
- API Design: Build RESTful APIs and microservices for high-performance systems.
- Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage applications on AWS using services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
- Payment Solutions: Implement payment processing workflows, ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS.
- Collaboration: Work with product owners and QA teams to deliver robust solutions using Agile methodologies.
- DevOps: Utilize CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Docker for continuous delivery.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and OOP principles.
- Experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Knowledge of Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases.
Competencies:
- Experience with AWS Cloud services (Lambda, S3, IAM).
- Understanding of payment processing workflows and security standards.
- Exposure to Angular UI is a plus.
