Job Description
For the Alight Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for highly motivated entry-level software trainees with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Graduate Engineer, you will work on the development and support of enterprise-grade products across multiple high-growth domains. You will participate in CI/CD and DevOps processes for continuous delivery, contribute to AI/ML model development, and work on scalable data pipelines. This role involves close collaboration with senior engineers to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance overall product performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Cloud Development: Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based applications using modern frameworks and AWS tools.
- Data Pipelines: Work on robust data analytics pipelines for large-scale data processing and visualization using PySpark and QuickSight.
- AI/ML Integration: Contribute to AI/ML initiatives, including model development, testing, and integration (LLMs, Transformers, GANs).
- DevOps & CI/CD: Actively participate in CI/CD and DevOps processes to ensure continuous delivery and automation.
- Optimization & Documentation: Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and enhance product performance while documenting technical processes and maintaining code quality standards.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must possess a B.E or B.Tech degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, etc.).
Experience: Freshers are eligible.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Basic programming knowledge in Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of cloud concepts, data processing, and AI fundamentals.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge in at least one domain: Cloud Product Engineering (Angular, Microservices, CI/CD, DevOps, AWS), Data Analytics (PySpark, AWS services, QuickSight), or AI/ML (Basics of LLMs, GANs, Tokenization, Embeddings, Transformers, Python).
