Job Description
For the Allianz Services Off Campus Drive 2026, the team is seeking an Associate to support HR Services. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in HR and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt to corporate processes. You will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must for this role, along with excellent organizational skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Management: Maintaining and updating HR data with high attention to detail.
- Reporting: Using Microsoft Excel to create reports and manage datasets efficiently.
- Process Support: Assisting in various HR operational tasks and service delivery.
- Communication: Drafting clear and concise emails and documents; communicating effectively with internal teams.
- Learning: Proactively learning new HR concepts and tools to contribute to team goals.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: MBA (HR) or Masters in HR. 2025 Graduates are specifically mentioned.
Experience: Freshers to 3 Years of experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
