Job Description

For the Allstate Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst (Service Desk Representative Analyst II). As a member of the IT support team, you will be responsible for handling technical issues and providing support to users across the organization. The role involves analyzing and resolving technical problems related to networks, hardware, and software. You will also monitor system performance, manage ticket escalations, and contribute to system audits to ensure compliance with IT standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Providing support for both hardware and software issues encountered by users.
  • System Improvement: Collaborating with IT teams to implement system improvements and participating in the deployment of new applications.
  • Ticket Management: Managing ticket escalation by prioritizing and routing complex issues to appropriate IT personnel.
  • Documentation: Developing and maintaining detailed documentation of common issues and resolutions to enhance the knowledge base.
  • Mentorship: Training and mentoring less experienced analysts and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Compliance: Monitoring system performance and contributing to system audits to ensure compliance with IT policies.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (B.E / B.Tech) is preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong technical knowledge are eligible).

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT Systems and Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Network, Hardware, and Software troubleshooting

Competencies:

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with users and IT personnel.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (like ServiceNow) and ITIL processes.
