Job Description
Amazon Recruitment 2026 is hiring for the position of Digital Associate, Ring Data Engineering Services, Operations, IT, & Support Engineering in Hyderabad, Telangana. The position is a full-time opportunity under Amazon's Operations, IT, & Support Engineering organization. The role focuses on ML data operations, data annotation, content creation, quality verification and data collection. As a SA/VLM Associate, the selected candidate will work with audio, image and video files, create high-quality written content, label objects and follow internal processes to maintain accuracy and consistency. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and be fluent in written, spoken and read English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications is listed as a preferred qualification.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Annotation: Perform annotation-related tasks involving audio, image and video files; Use internal Amazon tools and software for assigned tasks.
- Data Collection: Participate in data collection activities when scripts and instructions are provided; Follow compliance and confidentiality requirements during data collection and annotation.
- Content Creation: Apply appropriate grammar, syntax and language rules when generating written content.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality audits and verification to maintain internal quality standards.
- Productivity & Tracking: Meet daily productivity and quality targets; Track annotation and data collection queries and share them with relevant stakeholders; Track daily task completion using recommended tools; Provide individual status reports as required.
- Process Improvement: Help test new Standard Operating Procedures and ML data tools; Provide timely feedback to improve existing processes; Support efforts to make data annotation processes more consistent and accurate.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Data Annotation (ability to perform simple tasks involving audio, image and video data)
- Content Creation (ability to create clear, concise and informative written content)
- Quality Verification (ability to conduct quality audits and verification activities)
- Microsoft Office (familiarity with Microsoft Office products is preferred)
