Job Description
For the Amazon Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Digital Associate I to support Machine Learning Data Operations (MLDOps). You will work on a defined set of instructions to collect ground truth data for product development. This role requires high accuracy, adherence to guidelines, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks without compromising quality. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using software tools for data capture, communicating failures, and meeting daily productivity and quality targets. This is a critical role in the ML pipeline, ensuring that the data used to train models is accurate and reliable.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Execution: Perform execution and report results accurately based on dynamic instructions.
- Ground Truth Data: Collect ground truth data for product development according to defined procedures.
- Tool Usage: Use software tools for data capture and comply with organizational processes daily.
- Quality Assurance: Perform repetitive exercises without compromising on quality and adhere to productivity baselines.
- Reporting: Capture results, communicate failures, and provide individual status reports.
- SLA Management: Raise failures/doubts related to execution in the portal and close them as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Master’s degree in quantitative fields (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering) is preferred.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Must be able to speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
Competencies:
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Capability to complete complex tasks quickly with little guidance.
- Comfortable working with dynamic instructions and repetitive tasks.
