This structured training role is perfectly tailored for detail-oriented freshers and entry-level professionals with 0 to 1 year of experience who are passionate about software testing and web technologies. In this position, Amura is looking for an analytical, highly precise Software Testing Trainee who possesses a deep foundational interest in web-application testing. As an integrated member of the Quality Assurance squad, you will interact with developers and managers to find system anomalies, write comprehensive testing parameters, and keep web platforms operating flawlessly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Test Case Management: Draft, formalize, and execute detailed test cases that span across all potential functional conditions and interfaces of modern web architectures.
- Manual Testing: Perform end-to-end cross-browser manual testing and cross-device interface checks to guarantee ultra-high-quality product delivery standards.
- Quality Assurance: Get hands-on involvement checking UI layouts, backend servers, performance criteria, stress testing limits, and learning to maintain test automation code suites.
- Defect Management: Work systematically alongside core Account Managers and code developers to log bugs, track defect lifecycles, and drive timely resolutions.
- Reporting: Maintain clean internal bug tracking documentation and report test closure indicators to management teams.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Applicants must have a completed B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, BCA, or an MCA degree from a recognized university.
Experience: Structured primarily for freshers or young engineers with 0 to 1 year of software validation exposure.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Fundamental familiarity with SQL queries
- HTML markups
- Structural JavaScript syntax
Competencies:
- Exceptional diagnostic abilities, deep logical reasoning, and systemic debugging skills
- Sound theoretical understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts along with modern Agile project methodologies
