Job Description
This is a full-time analytics opportunity for candidates with strong skills in Python, SQL, Hive, data mining, statistical analysis, machine learning and automation. The role focuses on designing and implementing automated operational solutions across US Small and Medium Enterprise (US SME) channels. The selected candidate will work closely with Sales, Technology, Analytics, Control Management and other stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process Automation: Design and implement automation solutions for operational processes across multiple US SME channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with SME Sales and AD, Oneforce Capabilities, Technology, Control Management and CEG teams to align solutions with business requirements.
- Data Analytics: Use Python, SQL and Hive for data manipulation, statistical analysis and data mining.
- Process Analysis: Analyze processes, investigate issues and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Automated Solutions: Develop, validate and implement operational solutions with minimal or no manual intervention.
- Contractor and Apprentice Support: Guide contractors and apprentices to ensure accurate and timely execution of daily operational activities.
- Problem-Solving: Deep dive into operational issues, identify root causes and develop practical solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Innovation: Challenge existing approaches, identify inefficient processes and proactively recommend better solutions.
- Business Insights: Highlight trends, risks and opportunities that can improve business decisions.
- Process Optimization: Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency through analytics, automation and technology.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics or Engineering. Relevant qualifications can include B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, BA and BBA.
Experience: Experienced candidates with practical exposure to data analytics, programming, automation and problem-solving.
