Job Description

The company is hiring for roles aligned to Multicloud and Digital Workplace Services. The role involves providing technical support, adhering to compliance requirements, and ensuring productivity in a 24/7 environment. Selected candidates will act as the first line of technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, or managing cloud infrastructure tasks based on SOPs. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Aligned to Multicloud:
    • Performing activities based on defined guidelines (SOPs/Runbooks).
    • Adhering to customer security and compliance requirements.
    • Ensuring productivity and contributing to continuous service improvement (CSI).
    • Working in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.
  • Aligned to Digital Workplace Services:
    • Providing first-line technical support to end-users.
    • Logging and tracking support tickets ensuring accurate documentation.
    • Troubleshooting hardware and software problems to minimize downtime.
    • Escalating complex issues to other IT teams for prompt resolution.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Streams: BCA, B.Sc, B.A, BBA, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS (3-year UG degree).
  • Batch: 2024 & 2025 Batch only.
  • Academic Score (Category 1): Minimum 60% in UG for BCA/B.Sc (CS/IT/Math/Stats/Electronics/Physics/Chemistry).
  • Academic Score (Category 2): Minimum 50% in UG for other degrees (B.A, B.Com, BBA, etc.).
  • Consistency: Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and Diploma (if applicable).
  • Backlogs: No standing arrears at the time of joining.
  • Flexibility: Open to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and relocate to any Cognizant office in India.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
