This role places you in the Tech for Operations team, acting as a trusted advisor to Accenture Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Routine Tasks: Solve routine problems based on established guidelines and precedents.
- Team Interaction: Interact primarily within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
- Automation Implementation: Contribute to implementing automation solutions involving AI, RPA, and custom bots to reduce ticket-based efforts.
- Ticket Resolution: Assist in automated ticket resolution, preventive monitoring, and self-healing systems.
- Execution: Work as an individual contributor with a focused scope of work.
- Shifts: Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: BE / B.Tech or Any Graduation from a recognized university.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with strong foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Automation Tools: Knowledge of Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Incident Management: Ability to handle incidents and disputes effectively
