Job Description
As an Apprentice Analyst at eClerx, you will be deeply involved in data enrichment, profile monitoring, and collaborating to improve data infrastructure based on client specifications. Your responsibilities include managing data gap fill, adding attributes, standardization, normalization, and categorization of online and offline product data through research. You will perform regular data quality checks, manage primary data profiling and basic reporting tasks, and handle email communication with clients regarding project status and queries. Additionally, you will help customers enhance their product data quality from technical specification perspectives and provide technical consulting on industry best practices for product data enhancement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Enrichment & Maintenance: Manage the gap fill, adding attributes, standardization, normalization, and categorization of online and offline product data via research through different sources like the internet, specific websites, and databases.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular data quality checks and corrections.
- Reporting: Manage primary data profiling and basic reporting tasks.
- Client Communication: Handle email communication with the client regarding request acknowledgment, project status, and response to specific queries.
- Technical Support: Help customers enhance their product data quality from technical specification and description perspectives.
- Consultation: Provide technical consulting to customer category managers around the industry's best practices for product data enhancement.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree specifically in B.E Mechanical or B.E ECE/Electrical.
Experience: Freshers

- Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of modern technical tools and functional data technology.
- Skills: Excellent research capabilities, attention to detail for data quality processes, and strong email communication skills for professional client interaction.
