Job Description

For the Fujitsu Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is looking for candidates with a learning aptitude to join as Apprentices or Associate Application Developers. The role involves working on real-world projects, understanding technical specializations, and growing within the organization. Candidates must be flexible regarding location and technology and must showcase an eagerness to learn. The Apprentice role is specifically governed by the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) guidelines, requiring candidates to have no prior apprenticeship experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Technical Contribution: Applying basic understanding of your technical specialization to project tasks.
  • Learning & Growth: Showcasing eagerness to learn new technologies and tools as per business requirements.
  • Communication: Collaborating effectively with teams using good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Compliance: Adhering to all organizational policies, including mandatory Work From Office protocols.
  • Flexibility: Being open to working in different locations and on various technologies.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Engineering graduate (B.E/B.Tech). Degree must be from an institute approved by AICTE, DOTE, DTE, or the Government.

Experience: Eligible Batches: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches only. Must possess a Final Passing Degree Certificate or a Provisional Degree Certificate.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of technical specialization.

Competencies:

  • Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal).
  • Learning Aptitude and Flexibility.
  • NATS Eligibility (Crucial): Must NOT have a prior or current registration on the NATS Portal with any other organization.
  • Must NOT have previously worked as an Apprentice trainee.
