Job Description: Apprentice (Software Development/Engineering)

For the S&P Global Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is seeking candidates for its 12-month Apprenticeship Program governed by The Apprenticeship Act, 1961. This program offers on-the-job experience focusing on high-impact work, allowing you to partner with industry experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and resilient technical solutions.
  • Collaborating with DevOps to manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
  • Setting up monitoring and logging solutions for system health.
  • Contributing to security best practices (access control, encryption).
  • Developing products that provide the best Customer Experience.
  • Creating documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Background: B.Tech (CS/IT) or degree in Computer Science/Data Science.
  • Batch: 2024 and 2025 pass-outs only.
  • Programming: Knowledge of Python is essential.
  • Database: Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL and RDBMS.
  • Cloud & AI: Theoretical knowledge of AWS, Power BI, AI/ML, and Large Language Models (LLM).
  • Work Mode: Ability to work in a Hybrid environment (minimum 2 days onsite).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
