Baxter International Inc., a global leader in medtech and healthcare solutions, has announced its 2026 Apprentice Recruitment Drive. The company is actively inviting applications for the position of Apprentice, Trainee within its Post Market Surveillance (PMS) division in Gurgaon. This role is perfectly suited for fresh graduates holding any degree who possess excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset. Trainees will work in a highly regulated healthcare environment, managing product quality data and supporting regulatory reporting workflows.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Complaint Tracking: Effectively managing, logging, and processing product quality complaints and vigilance files in compliance with internal standard operating procedures.
- Data Verification: Connecting with internal functional teams and international partners to gather comprehensive details regarding incoming complaints.
- Customer Outreaching: Drafting formal written communication to follow up systematically with customers regarding product experiences.
- Regulatory Reporting: Evaluating documented files to determine mandatory reporting actions and building official Regulatory reports (such as Medical Device Reports – MDRs).
- Sample Management: Determining the technical necessity for sample investigations and supporting physical sample retrieval pipelines.
- Resolution & Closure: Authoring clear written feedback to finalize customer complaints and securing prompt file closures based on standard timelines.
- Process Optimization: Reviewing internal team workflows to identify bottlenecks and actively participating in continuous operations improvement initiatives.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (Any Degree / any discipline) or equivalent education from a recognized institution.
Experience: Fresh graduates.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Solid foundational proficiency with office productivity applications, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness and adaptability to work within a highly-regulated compliance, data privacy, and healthcare operations environment.
