Job Description

For the Deloitte Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for an Associate Analyst to manage learning administration and back-office service operations. You will act as the backbone of Deloitte’s internal training and development programs by managing the Learning Management System (LMS). The successful candidate will demonstrate a professional, friendly, and approachable manner. You will handle class scheduling, electronic training material distribution, and post-course evaluations while strictly adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Data Protection legislation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • LMS Management: Adding classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System.
  • Reporting: Processing all scheduled reports and providing delegate lists.
  • Material Distribution: Distributing electronic training materials and pre-work to participants.
  • Feedback Processing: Closing classes and processing post-course evaluations and feedback.
  • Compliance & SLAs: Ensuring all system-related activities are completed accurately within time deadlines, aligning with procedural guidelines, Data Protection legislation, and SLAs/OLAs.
  • Support Services: Administrating other Learning Support Services processes as required.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Any Graduate Degree.

Experience: 0 to 1 year of work experience in learning administration, back-office service operations, or customer service operations. (Prior experience in the training and development domain is preferred).

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package applications.

Competencies:

  • Able to communicate in writing at all levels, displaying excellent email etiquette.
  • Good listener with a calm manner and the ability to ask effective questions.
  • Demonstrates a logical approach to problems and can act with urgency when necessary.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn new technologies, and adaptable to change.
