Job Description
For the United Airlines Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for an Associate Analyst to support Inflight Resource Planning and Scheduling. You will be responsible for gathering data and conducting analyses related to Inflight Crew Staffing and Operations Performance.
The role focuses on identifying process improvement opportunities and providing data-driven business insights regarding crew productivity and scheduler efficiencies. You will automate manual reports, build dashboards, and interact with all levels of the organization to drive operational reliability.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Associate Analyst at United Airlines, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Analytics: Supporting Inflight leadership with analytics, day-to-day reporting, and ad hoc data mining.
- Automation: Automating existing manual reports and processes to improve department throughput.
- Dashboarding: Building visual presentations, dashboards, and tools using Tableau or Spotfire for management.
- Performance Analysis: Providing insights related to crew productivity, reserve crew utilization, and strategic initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identifying gaps and designing solutions that connect business processes with quantifiable outcomes.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for United Airlines Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.
- Mandatory Technical Skills:
