Job Description

For the EY drive, the company is seeking an Associate Analyst to join the RMS team. The individual will serve as the first point of contact for customer teams, interpreting RMS policies, determining required actions, and making recommendations.

You will be responsible for reviewing submissions from client teams to evaluate completeness and accuracy. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking and project management skills to act as a liaison between client teams and functional areas within the firm.

Roles and Responsibilities

As an Associate Analyst at EY, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process Facilitation: Facilitating and driving processes to completion by following up on requests from RMS Consultants.
  • Review & Analysis: Performing initial reviews of submissions to evaluate completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of proposed requests.
  • Liaison: Acting as a liaison between client teams, RMS members, and various functional areas.
  • Problem Solving: Formulating answers to client questions and applying judgment to initial consultations.
  • Documentation: Managing tasks in a timely manner and documenting the diligence with which tasks were performed.
  • Compliance: Understanding and applying the firm’s and regulator’s RMS rules and policies.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for EY drive, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background:
    • Post-Graduation: Freshers are eligible.
    • Graduation: Candidates with relevant experience (0-2.5 years).
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Proficiency with MS Excel and Word.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written & verbal).
    • Good analytical thinking and ability to take decisions.
  • Preferred Traits:
    • Ability to research issues and propose solutions for unique situations.
    • Interest in learning firm structure, business strategies, and service lines.
