Responsibilities

  • Design and execute manual test cases for Salesforce systems and integrations.
  • Log, track, and validate defects using HP ALM, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform Regression, Operational Qualification (OQ), and System Integration Testing (SIT) across GxP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with CSV (Computer System Validation) standards and maintain RTMs (Requirement Traceability Matrix).
  • Maintain detailed test evidence and OQ scripts in alignment with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers to ensure quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual).
  • Strong knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce testing is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for defect tracking.
  • Understanding of GxP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate UAT and collaborate with global teams.
