Job Description
For the Oracle Recruitment 2026 drive, the Banking Consulting team is seeking an Associate Consultant to work on next-generation Oracle Banking products. You will participate in the development, implementation, and support of core banking applications using modern architectures.
You will work on Microservices and Cloud-native technologies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. The role involves end-to-end development, including design, coding, unit testing, and migration activities for Oracle Digital Banking products.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant at Oracle, your key responsibilities will include:
- Development: Developing programs as per specifications using Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
- Implementation: Assisting with the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions for business requirements.
- Testing: Executing Test cycle rounds, migrations, and integrations for Oracle products.
- Support: performing issue tracking and troubleshooting on Application Server software (especially Oracle WebLogic).
- Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams and ensuring proper knowledge transfer at the end of assignments.
- Documentation: Documenting all work in accordance with agreed standards and processes.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Oracle Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience (with at least 1 year in primary skill areas) is preferred, though exceptional freshers with strong skills may be considered.
- Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database (12c/18c).
- Exposure to Banking Domain and Digital Banking applications.
- Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, and Web Technologies.
- Secondary Skills (Bonus):
- Exposure to Cloud/SaaS deployments, Agile, and DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of Oracle OBIEE Reports and Middleware (Oracle Fusion SOA Suite).
