Job Description
For the Unisys Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is seeking an Associate Engineer to perform standard software engineering duties. You will work with guidance to develop, improve, and deliver product features while ensuring secure coding practices.
The role involves writing unit and system tests to cover common code paths, identifying and automating manual tasks, and evaluating bug submissions. You will also collaborate with senior colleagues to conduct performance testing and resolve uncovered issues in an Agile environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Associate Engineer at Unisys, your key responsibilities will include:
- Development: Developing software components and writing unit/system tests for common code paths.
- Automation: Identifying manual tasks and creating automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Bug Management: Evaluating and responding to bug submissions and performing troubleshooting.
- Security: Ensuring the application of secure coding practices in all development activities.
- Performance Testing: assisting senior colleagues in conducting performance tests and identifying issues.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Unisys Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with relevant skills are welcome).
