Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Master in Computer Applications (MCA).

Experience: 0 to 2 years of software testing experience in a product-based company environment.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Test Design: Ability to produce detailed test cases based on high-level and detailed software requirement specifications.
Test Automation: Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts and leveraging existing test automation frameworks.
Programming Languages: Familiarity with one or more scripting/programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
Software Testing Life Cycle: Deep understanding of the entire system testing process, methodologies, and standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to complex technical environments and learn new software tools independently.

Reading and analyzing system software requirements to formulate comprehensive test design approaches.
