Job Description
For the Qualcomm Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is seeking engineers for its Modem-RF Software Team. The candidate will develop and validate software for Qualcomm’s Modem-RF Wireless chipsets. This role is at the core of Qualcomm’s Communication System solution, involving close collaboration with RF Hardware and ASIC teams. You will work on developing drivers for leading Modem-RF Transceivers, optimizing algorithms to improve system performance, and debugging complex RF issues in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
As an Associate Engineer at Qualcomm, your key responsibilities will include:
- Driver Development: Developing drivers for Modem-RF Transceivers in collaboration with hardware teams.
- Optimization: Creating and optimizing Antenna/RF Front End algorithms to improve factory yields and RF testability.
- Debugging: Providing expertise to investigate complex RF and Modem issues.
- Collaboration: Working closely with physical layer teams to deliver new features for Qualcomm Modems.
- Product Lifecycle: Collaborating with Test Engineering during product development cycles.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Background: B.Tech/M.Tech (2024/2025 Batch) in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Communication Systems.
