Job Description

You will collaborate with Developers, Leads, Architects, and Delivery Managers to meet business requirements. The role involves hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and keeping applications up to date by applying patches and upgrades.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Associate Engineer at BT Group, your key responsibilities will include:
- Application Development: Developing mission-critical applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Maintenance: Keeping applications up to date by working with IT to test and apply patches/upgrades.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Architects, Leads) to deliver solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs in Java web applications.
- Learning: Continuously learning new processes and multiple technologies to stay updated.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for BT Recruitment drive, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
- Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java/Java EE and Spring basics.
- Experience with Hibernate and RESTful services.
