Job Description
For the L&T Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is looking for dynamic engineering graduates to join as Associate Engineer Trainees. The selected candidates will undergo a structured training program designed to groom them into future engineering leaders.
Training Structure
- Phase 1 (First 3 Months): Classroom training with a stipend of ₹25,000 / month as an intern.
- Phase 2 (Next 12 Months): On-the-job training (OJT) as an Associate Engineer post successful completion of classroom training.
- Bond/Undertaking: Selected candidates must sign an undertaking/bond amounting to ₹2 Lakhs for a period of 2 years & 9 months.
Eligibility Criteria
