Job Description:
For the Amazon Recruitment 2026 drive, the company is seeking an Associate for its GO-AI Operations team. This is an operational, non-tech role where you will watch videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers to help improve stow quality.
Responsibilities:
- Watching several hundred videos per shift to audit stowing actions.
- Providing responses based on accuracy (quality) and speed (productivity) goals.
- Ensuring 6.8 to 7 hours of productive time per day is spent answering videos.
- Working in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts (shifts change every 3-4 months).
- Maintaining a dedicated, secure workspace at home with sufficient lighting.
- Identifying details from blurry or less sharp videos to provide correct responses.
- Collaborating with remote teams and switching on the camera during virtual meetings.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Contract: Willingness to work in a Non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify details from low-quality videos/images.
- Focus: High level of attention and focus on the screen for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in rotational shifts, including Night Shifts and weekends.
- Work Ethics: Consistent performance on incremental targets for quality and productivity.
- Requirement: Readiness to visit the office for a few days if required (even for remote associates).
