The company is actively seeking young software development professionals for the position of Associate Software Analyst at its development facility in Bangalore, Karnataka. This job role focuses heavily on the application development lifecycle within the ServiceMax product division. Roles and Responsibilities
- Application Development: Designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performing backend Java programs that address diverse enterprise needs.
- Software Lifecycle Support: Overseeing the coding, testing, and continuous deployment of functional updates across the ServiceMax product domain.
- Security & Performance: Developing a complete understanding of the software architecture, coding securely, and optimizing databases for faster execution times.
- Engineering Collaboration: Aligning with senior developers, UI designers, and product owners to design product updates that address modern industrial needs.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must be from Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT) streams possessing a regular B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, or MCA degree.
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Deep hands-on experience in Java programming with a focus on end-to-end software execution and maintaining high-volume, low-latency applications
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design patterns, software architecture, and dynamic programming algorithms
- Practical familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services and components, including virtual machine (VM) architectures, Microservices, and basic authentication workflows
- Exposure to blue-green deployment strategies to assist in zero-downtime releases
- Good hold and experience with Git and source code repositories (such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab)
- Prior knowledge or familiarity with the Salesforce CRM platform (considered an advantage)
