Job Description:

For the ADP Recruitment 2026 drive, the company is seeking an experienced Associate Software Engineer to work in a product development environment. The role involves designing and developing application modules based on functional requirements using the Microsoft .NET stack.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing application modules based on functional and system requirements.
  • Collaborating with Business Analysts and Architects to ensure architectural integrity and product quality.
  • Documenting code consistently and creating detailed development estimates.
  • Assessing Change Requests (CRs), conducting impact analysis, and reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Escalating issues that may affect project delivery timelines.
  • Contributing to the development of processes, procedures, and best practices.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory), preferably in Computer Science or IT.
  • Experience: Overall 2 years of software development experience in a product-based company.
  • Primary Skills: Deep knowledge of Microsoft .NET, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services, and WCF.
  • Database: Technical knowledge of at least one major RDBMS, preferably SQL Server.
  • Methodologies: Solid understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Source Control (GIT/VSS) and CI/CD tools.
  • Bonus Skills: Strong debugging skills, analytical thinking, and knowledge of Visio.
