This role is primarily focused on Application Support and Troubleshooting (L2 Support), making it ideal for candidates who love diagnosing complex issues and maintaining system stability.
You will be responsible for resolving escalated incidents, identifying root causes, and performing advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools like Dynatrace and IBM Monitoring. You will also contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support automation initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Associate Software Engineer at AXA XL, your key responsibilities will include:
- Incident Resolution: Resolving escalated incidents from Level 1.5 or through proactive monitoring to ensure minimal downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Performing advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and application logs.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identifying root causes of recurring issues and implementing sustainable, long-term solutions.
- Support: Supporting users by providing in-depth application knowledge and guidance.
- Deployment: Leading or assisting with release deployments for complex or high-impact changes.
- Documentation: Creating clear, reliable, and comprehensive SOP documentation and knowledge articles.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
