The role is perfectly tailored for entry-level developers or engineering freshers possessing foundational expertise in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js who are eager to build high-scale distributed systems and next-generation ecosystem backends.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Software Development: Design, write, and deploy clean, well-tested, modular, and production-grade software code across backend microservices.
- API Architecture: Architect and establish performant internal and external APIs, integrating robust payment gateway modules and real-time logistics tracking parameters.
- Scalable Event Structures: Incorporate scalable event structures using Kafka and RabbitMQ pipelines to execute efficient asynchronous backend background workloads.
- Strategic Platform Contribution: Contribute meaningfully to the strategic architecture and scaling vectors of the digital platform, helping it smoothly accommodate rapid user traffic expansion.
- Performance Optimization: Implement robust performance optimizations, caching models, and background task frameworks to reduce latency bottlenecks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate dynamically alongside product engineering structures to shape the technical roadmap of the system to meet shifting market demands.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong programming syntax foundations in at least one modern back-end development language: Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Familiarity or direct exposure to building application programming interfaces using either RESTful styles or GraphQL frameworks.
- Baseline understanding of message queues and event-driven architectures (such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ) for processing asynchronous microservice streams.
- Familiarity with foundational system optimization techniques, including caching strategies, data serialization, and background process worker systems.
