Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve customer issues related to MES software.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC: analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
  • Code using specified standards (Java) and conduct unit testing.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide high-quality support.
  • Develop modular solutions and maintain ERP/SAP-MES integration.
  • Work on rotational shifts to provide 24x7 support.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve incidents promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science (B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech).
  • Must have 1+ year of experience in software development/systems design.
  • Strong Java Programming skills.
  • Knowledge of FTPC (FactoryTalk Production Centre) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MSSQL and Oracle databases.
  • Experience in Java-based automation software and Tire Manufacturing Execution Systems is preferred.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to work in 2nd and 3rd shifts and from the office (Pune/Chennai).
