Job Description

As an RPA Trainee at ASSA ABLOY, you will work hand-in-hand with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and international stakeholders to convert daily manual processes into stable, self-running software workflows. The primary goal of the RPA team is to help business units build reliable, end-to-end automation components by leveraging state-of-the-art software systems and iPaaS configurations. Your responsibilities will include designing, scripting, auditing, and sustaining automated software components, deploying core RPA assets, and maintaining detailed structural design notes. You will also conduct systematic QA code inspections, interact directly with stakeholders to map out technical deployment solutions, and monitor live automation behaviors to resolve exceptions and debug production code scripts rapidly.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Workflow Architecture: Design, develop, script, and test complex automation workflows to replace manual infrastructure handling.
  • Component Deployment: Deploy core RPA assets, including system automation bots, software robots, development tools, global code repositories, and structural logging utilities.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain detailed structural design notes, product release maps, and end-user guides for deployed automation patches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct systematic QA code inspections and testing cycles to minimize production downtime.
  • Requirement Translation: Interact directly with cross-functional business stakeholders to isolate operational needs and map out secure technical deployment solutions.
  • Production Troubleshooting: Monitor live automation behaviors, resolve exceptions, and debug production code scripts rapidly.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Open to smart, analytical, and technical graduates holding a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an allied stream.

Experience: 0 Years (Entry Level / Freshers)

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Foundational capability in writing, reading, or scripting code with common languages like Python, Java, or .NET
  • Basic understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) and structured SQL query scripts

Competencies:

  • Analytical Core: Strong knowledge of systematic process analysis, requirements engineering models, and logic validation principles.
