Role: Associate Software Engineer (D&T, Mobile App Dev) Location: Bangalore Experience: 0 – 2 Years (Freshers & Academic/Internship Projects preferred) Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science or equivalent)
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical discipline (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc).
Experience: 0 to 2 years of software engineering experience. Academic project or internship exposure to cross-platform mobile app development is strongly preferred.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Mobile Frameworks: Basic understanding of cross-platform frameworks such as .NET MAUI, Xamarin, Flutter, or React Native.
- Programming Knowledge: Strong fundamentals in C#, .NET technologies, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- API Integration: Exposure to RESTful APIs, JSON data handling, and mobile application integration pipelines.
- DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with Git version control, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Testing & Automation: Understanding of software testing concepts and unit testing frameworks like NUnit or xUnit.
- Emerging Tech: Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and basic awareness of Azure cloud services is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Participating in building and maintaining mobile applications using .NET MAUI or equivalent frameworks for iOS, Android, and Windows.
- Assisting in designing responsive and intuitive user interfaces aligned with approved UI/UX standards.
- Integrating RESTful APIs and OData services to ensure reliable and secure application data flow.
- Active involvement in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Supporting continuous integration and build automation, writing unit tests, and troubleshooting software bugs under mentorship.
- Maintaining code quality standards and documenting software design specifications.
