Job Description
Cisco is officially hiring for the role of Associate Solutions Engineer through its 2026 Off Campus Drive. This opportunity is part of the prestigious Cisco Sales Associate Program (CSAP), a 12-month global accelerator engineered to transform high-potential individuals into top-tier Technical Sales Champions. Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech qualification are highly eligible to apply. The CSAP Program leverages an immersive operational framework that balances foundational training, cross-border cohort networking, and hands-on execution. Throughout your trajectory, you will be paired with an elite mentor—a CSAP alumnus who has transitioned successfully. With their dedicated guidance, you will attain industry-standard enterprise certifications and master cross-functional knowledge lines running over Collaboration, Security, Core Networking, and Cloud Ecosystems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Training and Development: Participate in high-intensity Bootcamp training and foundational technical skill-building (Months 1-3).
- Rotational Assignments: Complete three specialized rotational assignments for localized, real-world technical sales experience (Months 3-12).
- Solutions Engineering: Transition into a Solutions Engineer role within the Global Virtual Engineering (GVE) team to discover, demonstrate, and design technical frameworks addressing customer obstacles (Beyond 12 Months).
- Mentorship and Networking: Train alongside a diverse cohort of professionals across the APJC Region, fostering a global industry network. Polish domain engineering skillset through structured AI customer simulations and mentored on-the-job execution blocks.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Technical degree (B.E/B.Tech, CS, STEAM) or a non-traditional background with real-world proof of technical curiosity.
Experience: Freshers.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Real-world proof of technical curiosity (e.g., home labs, core networking certifications, or technical side projects).
- Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
- Legally authorized to work in India without company visa sponsorship.
Competencies:
- An AI-native mindset with high learning agility; passionate about modern networking frameworks and software development platforms (Java/Python).
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to comfortably pilot through matrix-based organizations and collaborate closely inside hub-based cohort modules.
