Roles and Responsibilities
As an Associate Talent Specialist at Collabera, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing: Sourcing candidates using multiple channels like job portals (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder), internal databases, and social media (LinkedIn).
- Screening: Reviewing job descriptions and assessing applicants’ relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Coordination: Scheduling, coordinating, and owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Negotiation: Negotiating wage rates and employment terms to gain commitment from candidates.
- Client Partnering: Partnering with the onsite sales team in North America to understand client needs.
- Engagement: Engaging regularly with candidates through email, voice, and video calls to keep them updated.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
