Job Description

The firm is scheduled to hire an Associate – Technology Consulting for its SAP Consulting services division based out of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy Support: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of problem solvers to diagnose complex business challenges and design technology-enabled execution roadmaps.
  • SAP System Integration: Assist in providing comprehensive consulting, system implementation, and customization services across various SAP cloud applications and industry-specific ERP setups.
  • Data Governance: Manage, structure, and analyze sensitive project data responsibly while adhering strictly to regional risk management, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify system bottlenecks and pitch optimized improvements to senior consultants and client stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Actively engage in continuous, two-way feedback loops, share knowledge transparently, and build a cohesive internal and external professional network.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay fully up-to-date with emerging technological trends across the SAP product landscape, mobile analytics, and global enterprise networks.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Possession of a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech), Computer Applications (MCA), Business Administration (MBA), or an equivalent domain displaying strong analytical capabilities.

Experience: Freshers / Entry Level (0 to 2 Years)

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Domain Knowledge: Foundational exposure to enterprise software applications, mobile integrations, analytics platforms, or cloud architectures. Prior exposure through academic coursework or internships in SAP functional domains (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Human Capital) is highly advantageous.
  • Data Analytical Capabilities: Strong foundational skills in data handling, manipulation, and responsible data analysis techniques.
