For the TCS BPS Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is seeking full-time graduates to join their Back Office Operations team. The role involves handling data processing transactions and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in back-office tasks.

Candidates must be open to working in rotational shifts and should be ready to join immediately upon selection. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start their corporate journey in a stable and high-growth environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Back Office Executive at TCS BPS, your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Processing: Accurate and timely processing of data transactions.
• Backend Operations: Managing backend workflows and ensuring process compliance.
• Documentation: Maintaining records and documentation as per client requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Working within a team to meet daily targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Shift Work: Willingness to work in any shift (Day/Night) as per business needs.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for TCS BPS Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:

• Eligible Courses: Full-time graduates from B.Com, BA, BBA, BBM, BMS, BAF, BBI, and B.Sc.
• Excluded Streams: B.Sc graduates from CS, IT, Maths, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Cybersecurity, Biochemistry are NOT eligible.
• Batch: 2024 & 2025 graduates only.
• Qualification Limit: For this requirement, the highest qualification should be Graduate ONLY (Post Graduates are not eligible).
• Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience.
• Backlogs: No active backlogs at the time of the selection process.
