Job Description
The selected candidates will gain exposure to Oracle Transportation Management and enterprise supply chain processes. The role is primarily focused on techno-functional consulting, rather than pure software development, and involves assisting with requirement gathering and analysis. You will support solution design, configuration, software testing, and deployment activities, alongside resolving production issues and preparing functional specifications and technical documentation. Collaboration with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders is key, while also learning emerging Oracle Cloud and Supply Chain technologies and utilizing AI tools to improve productivity in documentation, analysis, testing, and solution development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- OTM Learning: Learn Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality, business processes, and best practices.
- Requirement Analysis: Assist with requirement gathering and analysis.
- Solution Support: Support solution design and configuration activities.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in software testing and deployment activities.
- Issue Resolution: Support production issues, incident resolution, and enhancement requests.
- Documentation: Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation. Create user guides and other project documentation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Integration & Validation: Participate in system integration and data validation activities. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Technology Learning: Learn emerging Oracle Cloud and Supply Chain technologies.
- AI Productivity: Use AI tools to improve productivity in documentation, analysis, testing, and solution development.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA candidates specializing in Operations, Supply Chain, Systems, or Business Analytics can also apply. Candidates from the 2025 and 2026 batches are eligible. Candidates should have a good academic record.
Experience: Freshers.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Interest in Oracle Cloud and enterprise technology solutions
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases (Preferred)
- Programming fundamentals (Preferred)
- Supply Chain and Logistics processes (Preferred)
- ERP and enterprise applications (Preferred)
- Oracle Cloud (Preferred)
- APIs, XML, JSON, and integration concepts (Preferred)
- Business process analysis (Preferred)
- Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude (Preferred)
- Basic prompt engineering concepts (Preferred)
