Job Description

Birlasoft is hiring for the position of Trainee in Hyderabad, open to freshers and experienced candidates with a B.E/B.Tech degree. The role combines frontend and web application development with Java/J2EE knowledge. Candidates should have strong skills in JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and React.js workflows like Redux or Flux. The selected candidate will work on web-based applications, follow software development lifecycle practices, create design documents, perform coding and testing, and ensure solutions comply with specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement web-based Java applications to support business requirements.
  • Develop interactive user interfaces using JavaScript and React.js.
  • Use React.js workflows such as Redux or Flux where required.
  • Build web interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Follow approved software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Create software and technical design documents.
  • Perform program coding and testing.
  • Ensure application designs comply with technical specifications.
  • Develop solutions according to business and functional requirements.
  • Apply Java/J2EE knowledge during application development.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech degree.

Experience: Freshers / Experienced.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • JavaScript (Strong proficiency, DOM manipulation, object model)
  • React.js (Thorough understanding of core principles)
  • HTML5 (Experience developing web interfaces)
  • CSS3 (Knowledge of styling and responsive web interface development)
  • Redux/Flux (Experience with state-management workflows)
  • Java/J2EE (Strong knowledge for web-based application development)
  • Software Development (Understanding of application design, coding, testing)
