Job Description
For the Boeing Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join the Test and Evaluation team. You will be responsible for developing, testing, debugging, and documenting application software that meets real-time test requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Full Stack development (Java/Python/NodeJS/ReactJS) and a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with a globally distributed engineering team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Software Development: Develop, test, debug, and document application software solutions.
- Real-time Testing: Implement software solutions to meet real-time test requirements.
- Verification & Validation: Develop software verification plans, test procedures, and test environments.
- Agile Collaboration: Work under general direction as part of an agile development team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documents and training materials for enterprise-wide sharing.
- Process Improvement: Engage in pair-programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration practices.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience: Typically 2 or more years of related work experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with Full Stack development (Java/Python/NodeJS/ReactJS).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Competencies:
- Familiarity with C/C++, SQL, REST API, Docker, and CI tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and Ethernet networks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with global teams.
