Job Description
For the Boomi Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Software Engineer to develop sophisticated systems and software solutions based on customer business goals. You will work on the Engineering Development team to create solutions that drive profound social impact. The role involves developing, testing, and integrating code while following source code revision control. You will also review requirements, specifications, and designs to ensure product quality and performance assurance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Development: Developing, testing, and integrating code for new or existing software while following version control standards.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting software reliability and performance issues.
- Quality Assurance: Reviewing requirements and designs, and developing tests for product quality assurance.
- Documentation: Assisting with the development and review of technical end-user documentation.
- Innovation: Driving idea generation for new software products or the next version of existing products.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields (Entry-level position).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, databases, and UI.
- Good understanding of Java, React, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of AI concepts is highly valued.
- Debugging skills for simple programs using design specifications.
Competencies:
- First-hand experience gathered during an internship or student job.
- Understanding of hardware and software interactions (Server, Storage, Networking).
