Job Description
The Associate Engineer role at BT is focused on developing and maintaining technology solutions for a private cloud environment. Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech qualification.
Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Backend Python Software Developer.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Strong understanding of software-development principles
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and API endpoint development
Competencies:
- Networking fundamentals, protocols, and technologies (preferred)
- Network automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Napalm, or Nornir (preferred)
- Network management systems (preferred)
