Job Description

For the QuEST Global Recruitment 2026 drive, the company is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. The ideal candidate will have experience managing product backlogs and working within cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

You will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and analyzing data flows to support business intelligence needs using tools like Snowflake and Power BI/Tableau.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at QuEST Global, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements.
  • Backlog Management: Owning and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined and aligned with business goals.
  • User Stories: Translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Scrum Facilitation: Facilitating and participating in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data flows and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence reporting.
  • Reporting: Preparing dashboards and insights using Snowflake and other BI tools.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Required Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
