Job Description

For the Urban Company Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Business Development Associate who will essentially function as a process owner. You will lead on-ground quality, training, and process improvements to ensure a standardized and reliable service experience for customers.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You will collaborate with support function vendors and support business heads with planning and process insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate at Urban Company, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Quality Management: Leading on-ground quality, training, and process improvements.
  • Performance Improvement: Managing and improving agent quality and performance metrics.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborating with and driving the support function vendor to meet business goals.
  • Strategic Support: Supporting business heads with planning and actionable process insights.
  • Data Analysis: Utilizing data to identify gaps in agent performance and service delivery.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria
